Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Phoenix Studio streaming platform and any films or content made available through it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Thirumaniappan Ashok, proprietor, trading as Phoenix Studio ("we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship registered in Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN: 33AHBPA3301Q1ZS).

By purchasing access to or viewing any content on the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Phoenix Studio provides paid, on-demand access to films and related video content over the internet. Access to a film is granted on a per-purchase basis as described at the time of purchase.

2. Access, Viewing Window and Devices

• Each purchase entitles you to a single viewing of the selected film, which you may watch and resume within the access window stated at purchase (by default, 24 hours from when playback first begins).
• Access is for one stream at a time. You may not play the same purchased film on multiple devices or screens simultaneously.
• Once the viewing window expires or the film has been watched to completion, access ends.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details; these are handled by the payment provider under their own terms and security standards.

4. Content Protection and Acceptable Use

All films and content on the Service are protected by copyright and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You must not:

• Record, download, copy, redistribute, publicly exhibit, or resell any content;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any digital rights management (DRM), watermarking, or other security measures;
• Share your access link or credentials with others.

Content is delivered with DRM protection and a viewer-identifying watermark. Unauthorised recording or distribution is a violation of copyright law and these Terms, and may be traced to the purchasing viewer.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the films, trademarks, logos, and platform remain the property of Phoenix Studio or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out on the Refund & Cancellation page and forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure reliable playback, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
